William Tex Arthur Ii

Rev. William T. Arthur, 71, of Paragould, passed from this life on Tuesday at his residence. He was a quiet and mild-mannered man who loved to kid. Bill had a deep love for his wife, and he was a faithful man. He was the son of the late William and Florence Arthur.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Louise Arthur; foster daughter, Margaret Ann Rivard; brothers, Mark and Mike Arthur; and sister, Linda Roosma.

A Celebration of Life will be at 3 pm Sunday, December 31st at Reynolds Park, pavilion #5.
