William Jesse "Buck" Spencer, Jr.

William Jesse Spencer, Jr. (Buck) died at his home on Wednesday. He was retired from Jonesboro Concrete Pipe Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel; parents, William Jesse Spencer, Sr. and Opal Black Spencer; daughter, Betty Cullen; son, Ben Tennis; sisters, Elsie Wrinkles, Georgia Tennis; brother, Lawrence Spencer.

Survivors include his sons, Jesse Spencer and Jerry Spencer, not only a son but a constant companion and caregiver, of Paragould; daughters, Naomi Fraze of Surprise, AZ, Carolyn Flanrey, Joyce Brown and Julia Pyburn, all of Paragould; sixteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 11:00-1:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 1:30 P.M. Friday at Woods Chapel Cemetery with David Flanrey officiating. Pallbearers will be Scott, Ted, Kerry and Robbie Spencer, Zebulun Brown and Glen Cullen.
