Timothy David Erickson

Timothy "Tim" David Erickson, left this world on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on March 26, 1970, in Columbus, Ohio, Tim was a resident of Paragould, Arkansas, where he dedicated much of his life to serving his community as a dispatcher for the Paragould Police Department, Arkansas Methodist Medical Center Ambulance Service, and Paragould's Emergency Dispatch Center.

Tim graduated from Ridgecrest High School in 1989 and went on to achieve an Associate's Degree, which set the foundation for his illustrious career in law enforcement and emergency services. He approached his work with unwavering commitment and a genuine desire to help others, traits that made him a beloved figure in the community.

Beyond his professional life, Tim was a man of many passions. He cherished the great outdoors, finding joy in fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved to dance, and his infectious spirit brought life to any gathering, whether at a local establishment or during special moments shared with family and friends. Tim's love for movies was evident in his impressive DVD collection, and he relished the thrill of riding his motorcycle, cruising down the highway with a sense of freedom.

Timothy also had a profound love for the ocean, enjoying cruises and the serenity they provided. He gave his life to Jesus earlier in his life, and there is no doubt he is in the presence of God.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Tim is survived by his daughters, Samantha (Terrance) Boyce of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, Miranda (Tanner) Ballard of Jonesboro, and Katie (Daniel Duke) Erickson of Paragould; his sister, Melissa Aiken of Collierville, Tennessee; his beloved grandchildren, Braelynn Flanery, Jace Flanery, Roseline Boyce, Asher Boyce, Saylor Boyce, Jenna Ballard, Paige Ballard, and Hadley Duke; his nephew, Bennett Aiken; his niece, Sela Grace Aiken; and several cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Barbara Erickson, and sister, Danielle Erickson.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Heath Funeral Home from 4-6 PM, where family and friends are invited to come together to honor Tim's life.

In this time of remembrance, let us celebrate the vibrant, adventurous spirit of Timothy David Erickson, whose life was a testament to love and joy. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered in the hearts of all who knew him.
