Terry Wayne Hazlewood

Terry Wayne Hazlewood, 53, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He was a member of Brighton Pentecostal Church and Peace Tabernacle Apostolic Church, and in his spare time, he enjoyed preaching, reading his Bible, and fishing. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Arnold and Pauline Jaques; paternal grandparents, Thomas F. and Rosie Hazlewood; and brother, Patrick Jackson.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Hazlewood, of the home; mother, Thelma Rogers; father, Thomas R. Hazlewood; sister, Rose Littrell (Charles); and brothers, Tom Hazlewood (Sherry) and Gary Hazlewood (Patti), all of Paragould.

Visitation is Thursday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. David White officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log cemetery. Pallbearers are Jimmy Towell, Paul White, Gary Hazlewood, Tom Hazlewood, Kelvin Standley, and Thurel George.
