Stacey Risinger Mercer-Basham, 53, Oakland, Kentucky died Monday, in Warren County, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Edwina Risinger, brother, Scott Risinger and first husband, Bill Mercer. She is survivied by her husband: Dean Basham; sons: Bo Mercer and Justin Mercer, all of Oakland, Kentucky; two stepdaughters, brother, Rookie Risinger of Michigan and a nephew. Family and friends will gather for a graveside service at Cardwell Cemetery, Saturday, December 17 at 1:00 PM. Previous services were held at J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel in Kentucky.
