Sherry Renee Cook

Sherry Renee Cook left this world on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the age of 65. Born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Sherry dedicated her life to her passion for construction and handiwork, becoming a skilled handywoman who took pride in her work. She graduated from Dollarway High School and later served her country honorably in the United States Army.

Sherry will be remembered for her commitment to her craft, honed over years of experience. Whether fixing, painting, or placing trim in homes, she brought joy and care to each project, leaving a lasting impact on those she helped.

A faithful Baptist, Sherry's faith was an integral part of her life, guiding her actions and the way she cared for her family and community. She is survived by her beloved brother, Jeffrey Cook, and her devoted aunt, Betty (Roy) Goldberger, who will cherish her memory always. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Carroll Cook and Jo Ann Meeks Pierce.

Sherry's warmth, kindness, and unyielding spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
