Sally Proctor Rowe

Sally Proctor Rowe, 78, of Paragould, died Wednesday at her home. She was born in Caldwell, Arkansas the daughter of the late Guy and Claudia Lindsey Proctor. She was a homemaker and of Baptist belief. Survivors include her husband, James Rowe, of the home; daughters and sons-in-law: Paula and Bobby Henderson of Alba, Texas, Lindsey Parten of Paragould, Rebecca and Richard Hoskins of Paragould; sons and daughters-in-law: Jimmy and Teresa Rowe, Jr. and Mike and Julie Rowe, all of Paragould; brother: Lindsey Proctor of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. -4 p.m. at Heath Colonial Chapel, Saturday. Her life will be celebrated at 4 p.m. following visitation. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
