It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rudy Leon Snodgrass, a cherished individual, who left this world on March 23, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on August 29, 1957, in Peach Orchard, Arkansas, Rudy spent his early adult years as a welder, contributing his talents at Moss Garden. His commitment to his profession was rivaled only by his love for the great outdoors.
Rudy spent much of his life enjoying the tranquility of nature, residing by the river where he found solace in the rhythms of water and wildlife. He was an avid fisherman and camping enthusiast, relishing shared moments with friends around a campfire or while engaged in outdoor activities. These friendships were a source of joy and fulfillment in his life, and he will be remembered as a loyal companion, always eager to create lasting memories in nature's embrace.
Rudy was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Snodgrass; father, Paul Snodgrass; mother, Mary Etta Snodgrass; and brother, Paul Michael Snodgrass.
Rudy is survived by his brother, Rick Snodgrass, who will carry on his memory with love and fondness.
A public visitation will be held at Heath Funeral Home on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM, providing an opportunity for friends and family to gather and celebrate Rudy's life together, reflecting upon the impact he had on those fortunate enough to know him. As we honor his memory, we take comfort in the love he shared and the legacy he leaves behind.
Rudy Leon Snodgrass will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
