Listen to Obituary

Robert Darryl White passed from this life on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on July 22, 1967, in Paragould, to the late Robert and Darlene Wooldridge White, Robert lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a passion for music and dance.

Before he was physically unable, Robert enjoyed working as a vehicle detailer at Glen Sain Ford, where his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence were well recognized by his colleagues and customers alike. Prior to that, he spent time delivering newspapers, a job that allowed him to engage with the community he loved.

Robert was known for his deep appreciation of music, particularly the sounds of the 1970s, funky rhythms, and uplifting gospel melodies. His love for music was only rivaled by his enthusiasm for dance; he found joy in moving to the music and took delight in teaching others the art of dance, sharing the joy that it brought him.

A devoted member of the Baptist faith, Robert's spirit was one of kindness and compassion. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, especially his beloved family. He is survived by his sisters, Linda Kidd of Brookland, Samantha Vaughn of Paragould, Amy Wyatt of Marmaduke, Shelly White of Willow Springs, Missouri, and Sherry Foster of Paragould; his brother, Jeremy White of Jonesboro; his caring aunt, Doris Burnett of Paragould; many cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

Robert Darryl White leaves behind a legacy of joy, warmth, and music that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
