Robert Rowland

Robert Carl Rowland, 87, of Paragould, died Monday at his residence. Robert was a retired Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy having served during the Korean conflict and Viet Nam. He also worked at the Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Cail and Eva Koerner Rowland; brother, Bill Rowland and niece, Anna Paskel. Survivors include his wife, Janet Rowland of the home; daughter, Vicki Fulbright of Paragould; son, Cort Rowland of Alabama and step-son, Shaun Nettle of Paragould; sister, Betty Paskel of Paragould; 4 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
