Richard Alan Biggs
July 28, 1955 — June 4, 2018
Richard Biggs, 62, of Paragould, passed away Monday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born in Paragould and was a lifetime resident of Paragould. He was a general laborer. He was also preceded in death by his father, William Richard Biggs.
Survivors include his mother, Clarice Cupples Biggs; son, Kelly and wife Becky Biggs and granddaughter, Kaylie Biggs all of Paragould.
