Rekihna Alanso

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Rekihna Alanso. Born on September 7, 1958 on the island of Pohnpei, Micronesia. Rekihna tragically lost her life in a car accident alongside five other family members on April 15, 2024. She departed this world far too soon, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and love.

The funeral services for Rekinna Alanso will be held at Brown's Chapel Baptist Church on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 12:00 pm. A visitation will take place on May 3, 2024, beginning at 1:00 pm and will last until the final farewell service, to honor her memory and pay respects. A final farewell service will be conducted at Brown's Chapel Baptist Church on May 4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am.

Rekihna's absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will forever remain alive in the hearts of those she touched with her generosity and compassion. In her memory, let us come together to honor a life that brought light and love to so many.
