Philip Ford Rader

Philip Ford Rader, 76, of Paragould, died Sunday at his residence. He was retired from the Military and was a retired Truck Driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Henrietta Ford Rader, daughter, Bethany, brother, Kirk and grandson, Jamie Hines.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Rader of the home; daughters, Samantha (Michael) Prage of Advance, IN, Cheryl (Ed) Monette of Paragould, Dawn Bush of Camby, IN; sons Gene Rader of Plainfield, IN, Tim (Diana) Whiteside of Advance, IN and several niece and nephews, 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday October 11, 2019, from 12:00-2:00 PM at Heath Funeral Home. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 PM with Roger Tidwell officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to Veteran Support Organization, c/o of Kenny Wright, 5915 Westbrook Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
