Phil Roush

Phinis Philemon Roush, 55 of Lafe, AR died Wednesday at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Phil worked as a maintenance man and electrician at Monroe Auto. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Phil was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Roush; father, Charles Roush; and mother-in-law, Rose Mary Gerdes. Survivors include his daughters, Ashley Reed of Paragould and Melissa Henson of Brookland; mother and step-father, Verda and Harlan Crouch of Paragould; sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Terry Gladish of Paragould; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ann and Ron Harvey of Lafe; Greg Gerdes of Paragould; Gary and Dorothy Gerdes of Paragould; father-in-law Harold Gerdes of Lafe; grandson, Tyler Henson and granddaughter, Alexis Reed. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00-9:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10:00 at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Curt Dwyer officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to: St. John’s Lutheran Church Building Fund or the Children’s Home of Paragould.
