Patsy Ruth Barrow

Patsy Ruth Barrow, 79, of Paragould, passed away Thursday June 28 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Patsy was the daughter of the late Mem and Mattie Johnson Light. She was a Homemaker and loved her pets.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jay, Charles, George and Don Light; sisters, Selmar Payne, Mary Jones and Betty Peine

Survivors included her husband of 58 years, Roy Lee Barrow of the home, son, Thomas Barrow and Dr. Jason Casey of Jonesboro; daughter, Debbie (Richard) Cline of Paragould; grandson Mathew "Cosmo" Cline; brothers-in-law, Earl Jones, Nick Heisner; sisters-in-law, Nell Light and Joleen Light.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Memorials may be made to the Light Baptist Church
or NEA Humane Society.
