Patsy Francis

Patsy Johnelle Osburn Francis, 79, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on July 8, 2023. Pat was born on April 8, 1944.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Glen Roy Francis; her parents John and Zula Osburn; her siblings Kenneth Osburn, Wanda Gibson, Betty Billington, Milldred Smith, Fleda Shearer, and Wynona Thomson.

She is survived by her loyal brother, Frank (Kathy) Osburn; exceptional children, Trent (Brenda) Francis, and Glynette (James) Trailor; her exquisite grandchildren, Kristin (Ryan) Fesler, Paige (John) Hill, Kacey (Sam) Lemus, Peggy (Josh) Greene, and Craig (Caitlin) Trailor; and extraordinary great grandchildren, Sterling Hill, Zula Greene, Jed Hill, Zoe Fesler, Austin Greene, Eloise Trailor, and Dawson Lemus; and a plethora of outstanding nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be at Greene County Memorial Gardens on Hwy 135 in Paragould, Arkansas on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 5 in the evening. After the service, please join us to celebrate Pat’s life at Bowtie Stables.
