Patrecia Ann Gibson

Patrecia Ann Gibson, 91, passed from this life peacefully on February 19, 2024, in her home. She was born in Paragould on January 2, 1933, to the late Robert and Pauline Beadles. Pat or Patsy, as she was known to others, graduated from Paragould High School in 1951. She married the love of her life, Cloyce Gibson, on November 6, 1953.

Pat's career spanned decades, with a notable 15-year tenure at Emerson Electric, where she dedicated herself to hard work before retiring to care for her precious grandchildren. Prior to Emerson Electric, she worked at Ben Franklins so she could buy new purses and shoes to match. Pat loved to iron, and she took a job ironing at the shirt factory. Her commitment to family extended beyond words, as she lovingly cooked her grandchildren's favorite chicken and dumplings and meticulously mended their blue jeans.

Her passions were as vibrant as her spirit; she found joy in sewing quilts and clothes. Pat derived immense happiness from having her family united, cherishing every moment spent surrounded by those she held dear. A devoted member of Center Hill Church of Christ, her faith was a cornerstone of her life, providing her with strength and solace.

Pat leaves behind her devoted husband of 70 years, Cloyce; children, Darlene (Chris) Rogers and Farrell (Kelly) Gibson; grandchildren, Maegan Rogers, Alan (Julie) Rogers, Katelyn (Jacob) McMillon, Lauren (Matthew) Rowe, Lunden (Dallas) Moss, and Emma Gibson; great grandchildren, Hudson, Annistyn, and Adaline Rogers, Ezra, Slate, and Silas McMillon, and Noah and Blakely Rowe; brother, George (Eileen) Beadles; special cousin, Jonetta (Briggs) Kelly; and several nieces and nephews. Pat is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gene Edward Beadles.

A visitation will be Friday evening, February 23, 2024, at Heath Funeral Home from 5-7. The funeral service will be held at Heath Funeral Home on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Greene County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Jacob McMillon, Matthew Rowe, Dallas Moss, Luke Arnold, Alan Rogers, and Bart Rowe. Honorary pallbearers are Ezra McMillon, Slate McMillon, Hudson Rogers, and Noah Rowe.

As we gather to celebrate her life, let us remember the legacy of love, dedication, and joy that Patrecia Ann Gibson leaves behind. May her memory live on in our hearts forever.
