Ms Nellie Virginia Riggsbee, 86 of Paragould passed away Wednesday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital. She was born in Greene County and was retired from Emerson Electric Assembly department. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She was the daughter of the late C. A. and Mary Alma Marshall West.
Ms Riggsbee was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Michaud; sisters, Ola Carson, Mabel Moore, and Lily Snyder and brothers, Robert and Paul West. She is survived by one sister, Pauline Shannon of Paragould; granddaughter, Tammy Clements of Paragould; great-grandchildren, Madison Kellim and Dylan Clements.
Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 -1:30 at Heath Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2:00 at Greene County Memorial Gardens with Rev. Lavon Delee officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
