Murleen Davenport

Murleen Davenport, 103, of Paragould, died Monday at Morning Side Assisted Living in Jonesboro. Murleen was a retired floral designer and a member of the Brookland United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldridge and Etta Akers Futrell; husband, Ray Davenport whom she married on October 25, 1931; brother, Elton Futrell; sisters Jean Cudd, Wilma Crane and Lucille Cheshier.
Survivors include her sister, Carol McGaughey of Brookland; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00-11:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Joe Kaiser officiating. Burial will be in Pine Log Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Pine Log Cemetery or Brookland United Methodist Church.
