Mona Jean Rice

Mona Jean Rice, 67, of Paragould, died on Friday at Rector Nursing Home. She was retired from Darling Store Fixtures and a member of Clark’s Chapel Baptist Church.
Mona was preceded in death by her husband Sim Rice; parents, Eugene Douglas and Mona Lurene Hailey Grady and a brother Douglas Grady.
Survivors include daughter, Regina (Robert) Layer of Rector; son, Sim Timothy (Peggy) Rice of Paragould; brother, Gale (Carol) Grady of Paragould. Grandchildren, Josh (Felicia) Noel, Justin Noel, Sim (Krystle) Rice, Jr. Amanda (Will) Nichols and Jonathan Rice. Great grandchildren, Zake Noel, J. D. White, Skyler Noel, Karma Rice, Kyrian Noel, Hagen Rice, Laken Rice.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00-7:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with J. W. Rawls and Jack Hailey, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Josh and Justin Noel, Sim and Jonathan Rice. Robert and Lloyd Hailey. Honorary pallbearers are Corey and Shane Grady.
