Mary Martha Boggs

Mary Martha Hyde Boggs, 90, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, April 30th, 2015, at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on April 11, 1925, in the Coffman Community near Paragould to Louis and Odie Tyner Hyde. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family and she loved gardening. She was a member of 7th and Mueller Church of Christ. Mary “Mutt” was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Boggs; parents; brothers, J. T. and O.J. “Shortie” Hyde; sisters, Clista “Crick” Fletcher, Florence Long and Goldie Hyde. Survivors include son, Chan (Cyndi) Boggs of Paragould; daughter, Marilyn Boggs Griffin of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Chase (Lindsey) Boggs of Paragould and Brittney (Nick Gordon) Boggs of Fayetteville, AR; great-grandchildren, Scarlett Boggs and Jagger Gordon and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30-11:00 A.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. in Heath Colonial Chapel with Larry McFadden officiating.
