Lyla Claire Standley

With great sadness, we announce that Lyla Claire Standley was born into the arms of Jesus on July 24, 2026, in Jonesboro. Though her time with us was short, she was loved dearly by her family and friends.

Lyla is survived by her parents, Cody and Reagan Standley, who have prayed for this precious baby. Although her journey was short in the womb, Lyla brought joy to everyone. She had a sweet tooth for fruity or sour candy, loved vanilla root beer, and her favorite food was Mexican that her mama could not resist. Her big brother, Lukas, loved to give her kisses through mama's belly, and he also loved to snuggle up to her when he slept. However, Lyla was very active and loved playing with her little hands and feet in the womb, kicking constantly, and was always keeping her parents on their toes even before she was born.

Lyla leaves behind a loving family: her parents, Reagan and Cody Standley; brother, Lukas Standley; grandparents, Brian and Stevie Coleman, Wendy and Kenny Vickers, Lonnie and Sonya Standley; great grandparents, Donna and Jerry Parker, Mary and Joe Young, Keith and Renae Getson, Barbra Pugh, Peggy Watson, and Jerri Wilson; uncles, Travis Standley and Grant Coleman; aunts, Lauren Standley and Lincoln Vickers; and many others family and loved ones.
Lyla is united in heaven with grandparents, Vernon Coleman, Aaron Clark, Emma Clark, Walt Standley, Sherrill Pugh, Lillie Belle Gates, Jim Getson, and Pat Getson.

The graveside service for Baby Lyla Standley will be for family only.
