Laverne Gibbs Vaughn

LaVerne G. Vaughn, 91, of Paragould, died Friday at Belle Meade Nursing Center. LaVerne was a homemaker and a member of the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by here parents, Henry and Beatrice Lockard Gibbs, husband, Eathell Vaughn, and sister, Velma Ritter. Survivors include sons, Kenneth Dale Vaughn and Phillip Don Vaughn of Memphis, TN, daughters, Mary Ann MacFarlane of Granite Bay, CA, Norma Poppele of Montello, WS and Joyce Daley of Lehigh, UT. 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Larry McFadden officiating. Burial will follow in Cardwell Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Phil, Kenny and Mark Vaughn, Terry Buck, Greg and Charlie Poppele, Rodney Daley and Joe Williams.
