Larry Don Powers, 79, departed this life on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in his hometown of Paragould. His contributions to the construction industry are remembered through the many homes he built, leaving a legacy of craftsmanship that will endure in the hearts of those who lived in them.
Larry served a short time in the U.S. Army, reflecting his commitment to his country that was a cherished part of his identity. He was of the Church of Christ faith, and Larry approached life with the simple joys rather than strict practices.
