Kylar Nothern

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kylar Issac Nothern, who was born into his eternal home on Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Paragould. His brief time in his mother's womb had already touched the lives of many, filling them with hopes and dreams that will remain forever in their hearts.

Kylar was a beloved son to Shae and Devin Nothern, who eagerly anticipated his arrival. During his mother's pregnancy, he brought both delight and a touch of humor, inspiring late-night ice cravings that would send Shae to the kitchen at all hours. He craved enough ice to fill a bathtub, so it is safe to say he already considered himself a "cool" kid.

From the very beginning, Kylar exhibited a spirited personality. He playfully kicked his father's head when Devin would lay nearby, and when his sisters, Hadleigh and Greenly, spoke to him, he kicked back, already stirring the first seeds of sibling rivalry, a narrative that would have surely unfolded in the years to come.

Kylar's precious life is mourned by his loving family, including his devoted parents, Shaelynn and Devin Nothern; sisters, Hadleigh and Greenly Nothern; paternal grandparents, Mandy and James Nothern; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Crystal Sims; great-grandparents, Pam Massey and Charles and Roberta Panhorst; as well as several uncles, aunts, and cousins. Each member of his family will carry his memory forward, forever linked to the promise and joy of what could have been.

In honoring Kylar's brief but profound presence, the family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a series of farewell ceremonies. A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at from 10-11 AM at Heath Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM with Pastor Aaron Neugebauer officiating, followed by a burial at St. John's Cemetery.

Though his time in this world was far too short, Kylar has already been embraced by the Lord, filling hearts with hope and comfort amidst the grief. In honoring his memory, we invite all who love the family to join us as we celebrate the light his memory brings to our lives.
