Kenny Winchester

Kenneth Dewane "Kenny" Winchester, born on May 18, 1968, in Rockford, IL, to the late Robert Winchester and Phyllis Neeley, passed away on May 1, 2024. He was an assembler with a passion for woodworking, crafting beautiful plaques, and spending hours in his yard, meticulously maintaining its beauty. Kenny found joy in camping, fishing, and the serenity of the great outdoors.

His love for wolves defined him, evident in his collection of wolf-themed items and his endearing tradition of howling at the moon with his grandchildren. Known for his culinary skills, Kenny shared his delicious recipes on social media, especially his famous barbecue dishes.

He cherished every moment spent with his grandkids, actively participating in their lives and activities. Kenny's warm presence and love will be deeply missed by his spouse, Samantha Winchester, his children, including Amber (Joseph May) Ward, Krystal (Jeff Usrey) Ward, Ashley (Carlos) Burns, Amber (Kevin) Kuligowski, Crystal (Jeremy) Adams, Christin McClain, William (Jamie Champ) Ward, Tera Winchester, and son-in-law Moody (Cloie) Hinsen, his 30 grandchildren, and his friends Tony Green and Stacie Smith- whom he considered to be his brothers.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved mother-in-law Alice Stallings.
