Kandy Lou Huffman

Kandy Lou Huffman, 61, of Paragould, passed from this life on Thursday, June 22, 2023. She was born in Akron, Ohio, on March 21, 1962, to the late Kenneth Morgan and the late Susan Sheffler. Kandy spent almost three decades working at Martin Sprocket & Gear in the packaging department. She was a Christian and loved people tremendously. She was called "mom" by many of her children's friends because of the way she cared for each of them. Kandy loved taking trips to Tunica, and she could often be found playing the slots. She was an avid shopper and will be remembered for her Black Friday shopping shenanigans. Kandy was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Morgan and Susan Sheffler, and brother, Alan Morgan.

Kandy is survived by her significant other, Darrell Phelps of Paragould; children, Ty Miller of Ohio, Shawna (Pepe) Sanchez of Paragould, Ken (Christina) Wyman of Paragould, and Caitlynn Michael of Paragould; grandchildren, Chloe Miller, Mason Wyman, Attacyn Phillips, Payton Phillips, Mazley Wyman, Driego Galvin, and Chino Sanchez, Juan Hernandez; brother, Mike Morgan; and sisters, Jill Kayler, Bonnie Hoskinson, Delpha Morgan, and Amy Morgan.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 1-2 PM at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral will begin at 2 PM with Steve Bricker officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ken Wyman, Ty Miller, Darrell Phelps, Mason Wyman, Chino Sanchez, Pepe Sanchez, and Jordan Stewart.
