Joyce Ann Cox

Joyce Cox, 80, of Paragould, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. She was born on May 2, 1942, to Agnes Moffat. She was a Christian and spent most of her life as a homemaker. Joyce loved to garden, and she was known to have a green thumb. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Cox; mother, Agnes Moffat; adopted mother, Jean Spurlock; and brothers, Jimmy and Bill Spurlock.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Reba (John) Cunningham; sons, Thomas Pruett, Ruben Pruitt, and Dewayne Lewis; special grandson, Ruben A. Pruitt; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10-11 AM at Heath Funeral Home. A graveside funeral will begin at 11:30 AM at Ramer's Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Gary Smith officiating.
