John "Jay" Arie Downs
December 3, 1932 — March 2, 2017
Jay Downs, 84, of Paragould, died Thursday at Belle Meade Nursing and Rehab. Jay was a motorcycle mechanic. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Downs; parents, Loy and Delphia Maybry Downs; daughter, Ranae Shepherd; brother, Aubry Downs; sister, Betty Lou Moslander.
Survivors include daughters, Pauletta (Randy) Hollis of Paragould, Michelle Downs of Paragould; son, Scott (Judy) Downs of Paragould; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at Mountain Home Cemetery with Randy Hollis officiating.
