Jeweline Ruth Nelson Cole

Jeweline Ruth Nelson Cole of Paragould went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 8:15 am. Jeweline was born on January 1, 1923, in Beech Grove, Arkansas, and the only child to the late Maudie Harvill Nelson and Jim Nelson of Stonewall. Jeweline was a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. Jeweline is survived by her husband of 71 years, J. W. Cole, her six children: Joan (Harry) Bazzell of Kennett, MO; Bob (Mary Ann) Cole of Walnut Ridge, AR; Barbara (David) Olive of Germantown, TN; Millie (Bud) Bingham, Trumann, AR; Judy (Phil) Allen of Paragould; and Sara Cole of Paragould. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren. Jeweline lived her entire adult life in Paragould and Center Hill. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Paragould. The family will receive friends and family at the Heath Funeral Home Chapel Friday, May 14th from 10 am - 12 noon with the celebration of Jeweline's life at 12:00 noon at Heath Colonial Chapel with Robert J. “Bobby” Cole, grandson of Jeweline, officiating. Burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.
