James "Jimmy Don" Bruce

Jimmy Don Bruce, 57, Paragould, died Monday, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born February 11, 1956 in Paragould the son of the late James Riley and Glindiva Janes Bruce. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Kathryn Bruce. He was employed by the City of Paragould and loved to watch drag races. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law: Jimmy D. and Valerie Bruce; daughters and son-in-law: Amanda Bruce, Stacey and Nate Watson; sisters: Mary Scott, Ellan Cole, Gean Nelson; brother and sister-in-law: Roger and Sheila Bruce; and granddaughter: Sydney Chappel; all of Paragould. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Friday, at Heath Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at New Liberty Cemetery, 11:00 AM, Friday, with Rev.
