James "Jim" Luther Bishop

James “Jim” Luther Bishop, 51, of Paragould, died on Sunday at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was a self-employed flooring installer and a member of the Alexander Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, sky diving, fishing, hunting and stock car racing. Jim was preceded in death by his father, Bob Bishop. Survivors include his wife, Donna Bishop of the home, sons, Matt, Luke and Rob Bishop all of the home, his mother, Alice Bishop of Paragould, brother and sister-in-law, John and Sheryl Bishop of Cardwell, MO, sister and brother-in-law, Cathlyn and John Cornish of Jonesboro, AR. Many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Phillip Bynum officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery.
