Jackie Quattlebaum

Jackie (Spencer) Quattlebaum, 50, of Nashville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was born on March 25, 1970 in Paragould, AR, to the late Jack Wesley Spencer and Martha Ann Spencer.

She graduated from Greene County Tech High School in 1988 as Valedictorian. She earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy in 1996 from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. After graduation she practiced pharmacy in Nashville, Tn for over 20 years. Jackie was a Christian and had a heart of gold and always wanted the best for everyone! She loved her son, family and her two dogs (Buddy and Blue) dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Spencer and one brother Andy Rylant.

She is survived by her husband Devin Quattlebaum of Nashville, TN, one son, Stan Mitchell Jr. of Nashville, TN, her mother, Martha of Paragould, one brother, Bill (Annette) Rylant of Paragould , one sister Susan (Derek) Boling of Paragould and several nieces and nephews.
