Infant Grayson River Pullam of Paragould passed away Thursday June 16th at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Grayson was the son of John Pullam and Sierra Lyon. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Andis.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Evan Pullam; sister, Lile Ruiz; and grandparents, Amanda Davis, Frank Lyon, and Sheila Richey.
Visitation is Monday from 9 to 9:45 AM at Heath Funeral Home. Graveside funeral begins at 10 AM at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
