Gerald Franklin Scott, Sr.
April 13, 1942 — January 26, 2020
Gerald Scott Sr., 77, of Paragould, passed away Sunday evening. He is the son of the late William Pierce Scott and Zora Fowler Scott. Gerald was a U.S. Navy veteran and served in Vietnam. He is preceded in death by his brother, Ishmael Scott; and his four sisters, Alma Griffin, Vyrenna Steed, Estelle Cunningham and Shirley Carter.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-six years, Bonnie (Thomason) Scott of the home; two sons, Gerald Scott Jr. and Chad Scott; daughter, Tamara Scott Wagner; grandchildren, Drew Wagner, Natalie Wagner, Alyssa Wagner, Theron Scott, Alicia Scott, Andrea Scott Stone, Jessica Scott Bickford, and Ray Scott; and two great-grandchildren, Olivia Miller and Harrison Wagner.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral will begin at 12:00 pm with Rev. Scott Trayler officiating.
