Gary Don Defries

Gary Don DeFries, 51 of Paragould, died on Friday at his residence. Gary was a Tool and Die Maker and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold DeFries; paternal grandparents, Lytle & Gladys DeFries; and maternal grandparents, J. W. & Iva Vangilder. Survivors include his mother, Mildred DeFries of Paragould; brothers, Jerry, Rick, Randy and Keith DeFries, all of Marmaduke and Jim, Mike, and Kevin DeFries, all of Paragould; and sister, Judy Hamilton of Paragould. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
