Fred Blankenship

FRED "Tony" BLANKENSHIP 83, passed away on March 24, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Paragould, AR. He was born in Leachville, AR on Dec. 22, 1930, to the late W.E. & Carrie (Swindle) Blankenship. He was active as one of Jehovah's Witnesses for 73 years and was also a retired switchman for Union Pacific. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 57 years, Margie (Albisser), and a daughter, Amy. He is survived by his daughter, Jill Blankenship of Rosemark, TN, son, Andy Blankenship (Jeanine) of Olive Branch, MS, and 3 Grandchildren: Joseph Greenwood of Winter Park, FL, and Brent & Katie Blankenship of Olive Branch, MS. He was interred at Brown's Chapel Cemetery in Paragould with a Memorial service planned for Saturday, March 29, 2014, at 2PM, Kingdom Hall, 6895 Bluebird Lane, Olive Branch, MS.
