Dorothy Mae Rogers Mitchell

Dorothy Mae Rogers Mitchell, 90, of Paragould, passed away Monday at AMMC. She was a farmer's wife and spent many years helping on the farm. Dorothy loved to fish and enjoyed going for walks. She always had a smile on her face, and she was always cheerful. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace Rogers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Dallas Mitchell; brothers, Robert James "Jr.", I.L., and Charles Rogers; and sisters, Pauline Jeffries, Laverne Jeffries, Charlene Patterson, and Ginger "Fay" Wells.

Survivors include her step daughter, Sherry White of Blytheville; granddaughters, Misty White and Whitney (Matt) Mosley; great grandchildren, Connor and Avery Mosley; brother, Macarthur Rogers; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Pete and Janet Burkheart.

Visitation is Thursday from 12-1pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral begins at 1pm with Rev. Josh Carpenter officiating. Burial is in Greene County Memorial Gardens.
