Dorothy Jean "Janie" West

Dorothy J. "Janie" West, 72 , of Paragould, died Sunday, November 9, in Harrisburg, Arkansas. She was born in Trumann, Arkansas to the late T.J. and Emma West on February 28, 1936. Dorothy was a retired, 20-year supervisor of Fastner's Inc. in Michigan City, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Van West, Leon West, and Virgil West; and sister, Lucille Rasdon. Janie is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Belinda and Gary Coleman and Lorrie Lipe, all of Paragould, Jamie and Mel Gore of Portage, Indiana, and Kim and Mike Banzen of Green Cove Spring, Florida; brother, Harold West of Worms, Germany; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one arriving in December; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1 pm at Brown's Chapel Cemetery with Royce Boling officiating.
