Diane Therese Hill

Diane Therese Hill left this world on Monday, August 24, 2026, in Paragould, at the age of 71. Born on January 6, 1955, in Albany, New York, Diane lived a full and vibrant life, marked by love, family, and joyful moments that brought her happiness.

Diane spent her early years attending Colonie High School, where her bright spirit and determination blossomed. She later managed a hotel in Daytona Beach, where she met the love of her life, Ivan Hill Sr. They married on October 7, 1989, and shared a beautiful life together until his passing in 2024.

In her professional life, Diane spent a decade working at Greenbrier, where she earned the respect and affection of her colleagues through her hard work and dedication. Beyond her job, Diane was a passionate fan of the WWE, eagerly anticipating every episode of Monday Night Raw, and she loved to unwind playing Candy Crush on her computer. A simple pleasure she cherished was Dairy Queen ice cream, which always brought a smile to her face.

Diane was not only a devoted mother but also a proud grandmother, and her love for her grandchildren was boundless. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will live on in their hearts. A steadfast Catholic, Diane's faith was a guiding light in her life.

Diane is survived by her sons, Ivan (McKenzie) Hill Jr. and Gage Hill both of Paragould; six grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Hopper of Colonie, New York; brother, Frederick (Lori) Jacobs of Colonie; and several nephews and nieces. Her legacy lives on in her family, whose lives she touched deeply with her love, kindness, and warmth. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Sr. and Mary Jacobs; husband, Ivan Sr.; brother, Alfred Jacobs Jr.; and brother-in-law, Michael Hopper.
