Cynthia G. Noel, born on September 14, 1954, in Paragould, passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 70, at her home in Bull Shoals. Cynthia, a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt, lived a life dedicated to others and service, most notably in her role as a Probation/Parole Officer in Missouri.
A proud graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School in 1973, Cynthia pursued her education with passion, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Southeast Missouri State University. Her career in law enforcement spanned many years, during which she made significant contributions to her community and positively impacted the lives of numerous individuals.
Cynthia was known for her love of sports and her adventurous spirit, often enjoying horseback riding in the serene landscapes of the Ozarks. She cherished spending quality time with her family and friends, often engaging in spirited games that reflected her vibrant personality and warm heart.
Cynthia is survived by her beloved brothers, Jackie D. Noel and Jeffrey K. Noel, as well as her cherished nieces, Crystal Wisdom, Stacey Richmond, Kim Noel, and Catherine Noel; nephew, Raymond Allan Richmond; and her beloved animals including her dear Lucy. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Frank Noel, Jr. and Mary Lou Carey Noel, and sister, Teresa Lynn Noel Bryant.
A private service to honor and celebrate Cynthia's life will be held, where she will be laid to rest next to her father and sister. Family will come together to pay tribute to a remarkable woman whose impact will resonate for years to come.
