Cristine Sta Ana

It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Cristine Flores Sta Ana, who left this world on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the age of 31. Born on October 29, 1993, in Montalban, Rizal, Philippines, Cristine was a radiant spirit whose warmth, laughter, and love touched the hearts of many.

Cristine, a proud Filipino, completed her education through 1st High School before making a significant and life-changing journey to the United States just a month ago. Tragically, her journey was cut short due to a devastating car accident that also claimed the life of her beloved fiancé, Duane Irvin Smith, Jr.

Cristine is survived by her cherished family, including her mother, Emmaculada Sta Ana; her adored children, Cris Ryan Sta Ana Florino, Cristina Florino, John Lucas Sta Ana Nabor, Raniel Sta Ana Nabor, and Roxane Sta Ana Nabor; her sisters, Ma Cristina (Alan) Anover, Criselda (Nolan) Acierto, Cristaline (Jarwin Combo) Sanchez, and Crislyn (Tanner) Gray, and brother, Christopher Sta Ana. She was preceded in death by her father, Rogelio Nailes Sta Ana.

Cristine was known for her infectious joy for life. She loved to sing, even if her tunes were humorously described as "bad karaoke". Her passion for dancing brought light to any gathering, while her enjoyment of Bingo was often fondly referred to as her "addiction". She found strength and comfort in her faith as a devoted Catholic, cherishing the moments spent with family and friends.

Memorial services will be held in Cristine's honor in the Philippines where we will celebrate her life, the love she shared, and the joyful memories she leaves behind.

Cristine's light will forever shine in our hearts. As we gather to honor her memory, let us remember her spirit with love, laughter, and the joyous energy she brought into our lives. May she rest in peace, embraced in the love of her family and her faith.
