Corene Howard

Corene Howard, 73, Paragould, died Wednesday, January 6, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Retired from Emerson Electric, she was born February 12, 1936 in Malden, Missouri the daughter of the late Vern and Ida Pauline Potter Shatley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Johnson, Jr. and granddaughter, Patrisha Phelps. She is survived by daughters: Semadawn Watson, Rita Runions, sons: Tony Johnson, Randy Johnson, three sisters, two brothers, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, January 9th at noon at the home of grandchildren, Tina and Steve Edgin.
