Clara Ruth Holt

Clara Ruth Holt, 90, of Pensacola, formerly of Paragould, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022. She was born on May1, 1932, to Henry and Gertie Vanderbilt. She graduated high school and spent her younger years working at JC Penney and Sears. She married Harry Holt and became a housewife. Clara loved to read and was very active in her church. Clara was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and three sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Harry Holt; sons, Eddie and Richard Holt of Pensacola; sister, Shirley Gunterman of St. Louis; and several nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends Friday from 10-11am at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral begins at 11am with Bro. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in Hartsoe Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the nephews.
