Chester Lester Gray

Chester Lester Gray, 87, of Paragould, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. Chester was born on March 14, 1934 in Evening Star, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Francis Matthew Gray. He was a farmer and had a collection of toy tractors. Chester was a veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Elsworth Gray, Athern Gray, Bill Gray, Curtis Gray, and Bobby Gray; sister, Ellen Gray; and son, Timothy Lester Gray.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Gray of the home; son, Bryan Gray (Kassandra) of Paragould; grandchildren, Dustin Gray (Angelica), Dillon Gray, Colton Gray (Kelsea), Sascha Adams, Wyatt Adams, Braxten Gray, all of Paragould, and Kelley Paul, of Fayetteville; brother, Homer Gray (Deonna), of Paragould; and sister, Thalia Lee, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at Heath Colonial Chapel. The service will begin at 1:00 pm with Rev. Larry Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery.
