Charles Paul Cooper

October 14, 1963 — February 22, 2021

Charles "Paul" Cooper,of Paragould, passed away Monday at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He is the son of the late Ernest Cooper and Evelyn Lash. Paul was the proud business owner of Cooper Overhead Doors. His hobbies included camping, canoeing, riding motorcycles, and watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. He attended Southside Community Church.

Survivors include his children, Hayden Cooper and Jill Cooper, both of Paragould; grandchildren, Molly Bogard, Dallas Cooper, Marshall Lenderman, and Garrett Lenderman; and siblings Linda (Steven) Batchelor, of Paragould, Gena (Kim) Smith, of Mountain Home, Butch (Aneita) Cooper, of Paragould.

Visitation will be Friday evening at Heath Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 pm. Funeral service will be Saturday beginning at 10:00 am with Pastor Charles Stoddard officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be sent to A.L.S Foundation, Greene County Rescue Squad, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Oak Grove Fire Department.

Family and guests are asked to practice social distancing and to wear a mask indoors as recommended by the C.D.C.
