Charles Burnell "Barney" Gist of Paragould, passed away, Saturday, July 4, 2020, and will be buried at Cardwell Cemetery on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
Charles was a member of the Greatest Generation; a World War II, United States Navy Pacific Fleet veteran.
He is survived by his wife of seventy-five years, Nellie; his daughter, Susan and his son, Robert and his wife Karen, all of Paragould.
