Carol Ann Hopper

Carol Ann Hopper, 59, of Paragould died May 17, 2015 at her home. Carol was born to the late Carl and Mary Barton. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Chester Barton. Carol was a traveling RN who loved her pets, enjoyed to scuba dive, and received an award from the Governor of Louisiana for her volunteer efforts during Hurricane Katrina. Carol is survived by her son, Derek Pritchard, Jackson, Tennessee; sister, Merla Manuel, Washington State; brother, William Barton, San Francisco; and her partner, Jerry Messer, Paragould. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at Heath Funeral Home.
