It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cameron Lee Sylvia II, who was born on June 21, 2025, in Paragould. Although Cameron did not have the opportunity to experience life on this side of Heaven, he leaves behind a profound impact on those closest to him.
Cameron was a beautiful reminder of the preciousness of life. Born at 11:11, a time that in angel number numerology symbolizes new beginnings, we are comforted knowing he is experiencing his new beginnings in the presence of our Savior. Though his time with us was fleeting, he was lovingly embraced by his family as he was welcomed into the arms of Jesus.
Cameron is survived by his devoted parents, Cameron Sylvia, Sr. and Aaliyah Marlar; maternal grandparents, Kristi and Terry Henry and Brandon Hatton; paternal grandparents, Nicole Sylvia and Ronny and Beverly Sylvia; great grandparents, Greg Marlar, Terri Carmichael, Ray Smith, Angie Smith, and Donna and Ron Sylvia; aunts and uncles, Thomas, Lucy, and TJ Henry, Alexis Sylvia, Skyler and Destiny Sylvia, and Cameron and Dylan Jackson; great aunts, Hannah Hoyer, Cheyanne Gross, Jaime Henry, Heather and Chloe Smith, and Decara Dill; great uncles, Colby Price, Mark Myles, and Jesse Greer; and several cousins and family friends. Their love for him will forever remain in their hearts.
Cameron was preceded in death by his great grandmothers, Marilyn Marlar and Vergie Hatton; great-great grandmother, Lucy Holden; and great uncles, Kyle Smith, Brad Hoyer, and Josh Myles.
A graveside service will be held to honor Cameron on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Linwood Cemetery with Rev. Jody Faulkner officiating. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Cameron and to commemorate the beautiful new beginning he represents.
