Betty Lou Sikes

Betty Lou Sikes, 75, of Paragould, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at Walnut Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born September 29, 1935 the daughter of the late Paul and Jewel Wahlgren. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Patsy Brown and Paul Wahlgren. She was a homemaker and loved being with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband: William Sikes of the home; daughter and son-in-law: Cathy and Eddie Dowdy of Paragould; sister: Dorothy Meneley of Austin, Texas; grandchildren: Sarah Dowdy, Trent Dowdy and Jessica and B.J. Humphries. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Heath Funeral Home.
